Welcome to the Manic Fitness blog! Don't you love all those weird fitness gurus out there? I'm fascinated with the moments when the body becomes a piece of meat that can be shaped and distorted as necessary. I'm intrigued by the "performance" of the instructors, and the artistic (or non-artistic) styles of the clips. I'm especially impressed by the strange, absurdity of it all. Fitness!
