Okay, I'm not sure this really counts as a fitness video, but..... it's Bruce Springstring awkwardly singing "Dancer in the Dark" in what appears to be a workout outfit while doing some pretty awkward moves that could pass as fitness. So.... I think it counts. Try following along to this one!!
